Elevé Signature BarreElevé Signature Barre is our version of classic barre. This full-body class emphasizes form, precision, and slow, controlled movements to target each muscle group in isolation. Using light weights and body weight, you’ll perform high-rep sequences designed to build muscle endurance, tone, and strengthen, leaving you with that signature barre burn. Perfect for anyone looking to sculpt, strengthen, and move mindfully. No prior barre experience needed. Required Props: Chair/Barre/Countertop | 1-3 lb weights | Mat or other soft surface Suggested props to take class up a notch (not required): Loop bands | Yoga block | Pilates ball 45 minutes
Elevé(ted) Strength + Cardio45 minutes This class prioritizes building strength, power, and endurance through functional, full-body training. With a mix of light to moderate/heavy weights, you’ll work through dynamic strength sequences designed to challenge you at every level, all set to music that will motivate you through every movement. Barre-inspired elements are also layered in to support alignment and control, making this a class that truly checks every box. Elevé(ted) Pilates: Precision + Power45 minutes Beginning June 15th! Precision and Power is a strength-focused Pilates experience designed to leave you feeling strong, energized, and empowered. This full-body class blends intentional Pilates movement with sculpt-style strength training for a dynamic workout that goes beyond traditional mat work. Expect controlled movement, deep core engagement, upper and lower body strengthening, balance challenges, and that signature shake - all set to an uplifting flow that keeps class both challenging and approachable.
