Elevé Signature Barre
45 minutes
Elevé Signature Barre is our version of classic barre. This full-body class emphasizes form, precision, and slow, controlled movements to target each muscle group in isolation. Using light weights and body weight, you’ll perform high-rep sequences designed to build muscle endurance, tone, and strengthen, leaving you with that signature barre burn. Perfect for anyone looking to sculpt, strengthen, and move mindfully. No prior barre experience needed.
Required Props: Chair/Barre/Countertop | 1-3 lb weights | Mat or other soft surface
Suggested props to take class up a notch (never required): Loop bands | Yoga block | Pilates ball
Elevé(ted) Barre: Strength + Cardio

Elevé(ted) Barre takes classic barre to the next level with full-body strength and stamina. Combination sequences sculpt and tone your muscles while keeping your heart rate elevated for a powerful, efficient workout. Expect a thoughtful blend of strength, endurance, and a touch of cardio to challenge your body from every angle.
